At this time Clermont County Educational Service Center has begun utilizing Multi-factor authentication for technical services provided to all Employees.

Register and set up Multi-Factor Authentication for the 1st time for Password Recovery (MYID.CCESC.ORG) (As seen in the above video).

  1. This information will serve as a quick how-to for CCESC.ORG employees on how to change their password through the myid portal and set up Multi-factor authentication with the Google Authenticator app.
  2. Go to the MyID portal https://myid.ccesc.org/authorization.do
  3. Select the Forgot your Password option and enter your email address (Ex. Schrute_D@CCESC.ORG) and continue.
  4. Then you will be prompted to set up MFA authentication with your zip code, the acronym for Clermont County Education Service Center, and your phone number (ex. 555.555.5555 [which are separated with periods]). Then, at the bottom, there will be a Captcha response verification to prove your identity.
  5. Then the HTTPS://MYID site will prompt you to download the Google Authenticator on your phone; after it is downloaded, scan the QR code to finish setting up MFA authentication, you will then have to enter the code onto the screen.
  6. After finishing the 1st time setup process, you are now able to reset your password for your account at any time or when requested to do so.

Optionally you can also set up your CCESC.ORG Google Workspace or Gmail on your Phone:
