The following error is displayed on the launch of a Microsoft Office applications:

Press Win + R keys to launch the run command box. Type regedit and click OK. Select Yes if you receive the UAC prompt. - Enter Elevated Credentials as necessary.

Find the following Registry Key.

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\

Right click on the Registry Key and then select the Permissions option. On the permissions dialog add the Network Service account if not present and make sure to give it Full Control. Then click on OK.

Re-launch your Microsoft Office application and you should no longer see the message.
