What is Multi-Factor authentication?
Simply put. The technology requires a user to authenticate and verify their identity through more than two methods to prove who you are. When these challenges are passed the user is granted access to resources such as Gmail, printing and VPN access.
Multi-Factor Authentication on Employee accounts has become mandatory for the following CCESC.ORG Technical Services and will be implemented in the following order:
- Manage Engine (Password Reset Site https://myid.ccesc.org)
- Gmail (Google Workspace)
- Windows Logon
- VPN
- Printing at CCESC Main, CEC North, and CEC South.
